We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and fair to our guests while protecting our drivers’ time and schedules.
Flexible Cancellations
- Cancel up to 24 hours before your trip for a full refund.
- No fees for changes made 24+ hours in advance.
- No fees for changing flights due to flight delays or cancellation.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations within 2–24 hours of pickup incur a 50% charge.
- This helps cover the driver’s time and reserved schedule.
No-Shows & Less Than 2 Hours
- No refund for cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup.
- Full charge applies for no-shows at pickup.
